About Nitesh

You could say I got into property a bit earlier than most. At 13, I became the go-to person for my migrant parents as they set out to buy their first home in Australia and later build a property portfolio. I was the one talking to agents, trying to make sense of contracts, and figuring out all the details. That whole experience taught me something huge: having someone in your corner who you can truly trust makes all the difference. It’s pretty much the foundation of everything we do here at Propella.

This foundation, combined with my journey as a medical student, gave me a unique perspective. Over coffee after long ward rounds, I was surrounded by brilliant health professionals who were masters of their craft but often felt lost when it came to property investment. They lacked the time and confidence to build passive income and achieve financial freedom. In those moments, I discovered my passion: providing the clear, trusted guidance they needed.

My approach is fundamentally different in the buyers agency space because it’s built on the principles of patient care: compassion, understanding, and absolute transparency. I believe in a client-centred partnership that empowers you with knowledge, making you an integral part of the team. Just as in medicine, I believe trust is the foundation of every outcome - by truly understanding my clients, I can negotiate with purpose and open doors to opportunities that build lasting wealth.
